Stallholder Application Form

Burwood Festival is the biggest and most diverse festival in the inner west. This provides your stall with a great opportunity to reach a large audience with your offering.

This year the festival will be celebrating 26 years of the Classic Car Show and Shine .

Stallholders are encouraged to use sustainable environmental practices such as providing biodegradable cutlery, plates and serviettes made from materials such as paper, wood, sugarcane and corn starch.

All applicants must read and acknowledge the Guidelines for Stallholders document at the end of the application form prior to submission.

Privacy Statement 

If you are applying for consent as an individual, you may be providing Council with personal information (such as your name and address) within the meaning of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.

You are obliged by law to provide your name and address. If you do not provide the personal information requested Council may be unable to process your application.

Council is collecting your personal information from you in order to identify and process your application.

You may make application for access or amendment to information held by Council. You may also make a request that Council suppress your personal information from being made publicly available. Council will consider any such application in accordance with the relevant legislation.

All stallholders must attach proof of current Public Liability Insurance for minimum $20 Million

For those stallholders who are cooking and selling food and drink products and not packaged items, you must attach a copy of your current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Burwood Council reserves the right to reclassify any applicant as another stallholder type, reject or approve this application and is at the discretion of the Burwood Council Events team.
